Laser-cut stainless steel screen for a continuous centrifuge

The laser screen is made of stainless steel and has a tensile strength
1.5 times greater than that of traditional nickel-chromium screens. It
offers high wear resistance and does not tear easily. Its
service life is up to three times longer than that of traditional nickel-chromium screens,
significantly reducing downtime and
maintenance costs. The microslots (slits) cut with laser precision
are uniform and fine, and the variation in the width of these slits is
extremely slow throughout the screen’s entire service life.

Laser-cut stainless steel screen for a batch centrifuge

Using modern manufacturing processes, with laser cutting as
our core technology, we supply stainless steel screens to users of
batch centrifuges. The minimum slot width can be as small as 0.1
mm, which significantly improves the recovery rate of
crystals, providing the best separation effect. Our
continuous centrifuges are delivered equipped with laser-cut screens.

Forged stainless steel support screen

We supply high-precision stamped stainless steel support screens
for users of batch centrifuges. The support screen
has a bridge-type design, providing sturdy support for the working screen. The bridge-shaped holes are arranged in an
interlaced pattern, ensuring that the mother liquor is
discharged smoothly and at the maximum possible flow rate.
