On the inside you can add your Meds, Pictures, Cherished Keepsakes or whatever on both sides. These are vintage reproductions and are brand new. These are very sturdy and cameo or cabs will have to be glued in. These would make anything look classy. The biggest size that will fit in the bracelets are 25x18mm. You can either bend the prongs along the sides of the setting or glue in.
