We use the most dependable/ strongest clear elastic and only Authentic Miyuki Tila seed beads. Both the flat beads with 2 holes and the small beads are high quality Miyuki Beads from Japan. I also glue the knot inside one of the beads so the bracelets are seamless, and the glue increases the durability. To find the best fit, get a string and wrap it around your wrist or ankle. Then measure the string and round up to the closest 1/2”. That size will be your bracelet/anklet size if you want a tighter fit. For a looser fit measure go up one size.
