Ring-Rare Vtg Turkish Gold over Sterling Cabochon Set Ruby and Emerald-Brown

This is a rare Turkish ring that is gold over sterling with cabochon set emeralds (2) and rubies (2). It has an open band which is also dyed brown. I do not know how they did that! It is matte and textured. The size is 7-1/2 to 7-3/4. I think it is adjustable as the back is open like it is. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. Thanks!
