Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Amethyst Crystals:*** Amethyst (rough or gem) – Amethyst is considered a stone of faith. It helps to bring us closer to our Higher-Power. This is not a simple precious stone. It helps us to understand that we do matter. It historically has been known for its ability to transmute ones lower nature into the more highly refined aspects of your higher potentials in all areas. It is the physical representative of the Violet Ray of alchemy and transformation, and so cuts through illusion and enhances psychic abilities. It also has a calming effect on the entire being. It naturally activates the third eye and crown chakras. Open & Heal the Heart Chakra, soothe hurt, loneliness, and anxiety. According to Judy Hall in the book “The Crystal Bible” (I’m still learning too) she says Elestial Quartz (which Amethyst is) “has a gently flowing energy that removes blockages and fear, balancing the polarities and opening the way to necessary change. Sustaining & comforting, they are helpful in overcoming emotional burdens and in connecting to your eternal self. This crystal can take you into other lives to understand your karma r deep into yourself to give insight into the spiritual processes at work.” Sounds pretty cool to me. Super cute and can help me grow spiritually. I’m in… Quartz is the most versatile multipurpose healing stone there is (besides selenite). It is easy to cleanse, store information and energy in, and to program or amplify energy and healing. It can both draw and send energy. Quartz works with all the chakras for balancing, cleansing and healing and is used to amplify both body energy and thought. The natural tendency for quartz is for harmony and is considered the “stone of power”. Quartz teaches that actions follow thought and where focus goes, so does manifestation. It acts as a purifier and each quartz crystal tunes into the frequency of the individual who works with it. It can be used in conjunction with any other stone or gem for specific physical problems and will amplify the effects of other stones. ***PLEASE NOTE: Neither the FDA or any other federal agency endorses or supports any of these claims or beliefs. Dan Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Pink Rose Quartz Crystals:*** Rose Quartz is called the “love stone” and rightly so. It exudes a feeling of love like no other gem. It is a POWER STONE but is subtle, in that it helps bring awareness of stored anger, resentment, guilt, fear and jealousy. It helps reduce overall stress and tension and can help to cool a hot temper by gently and soothingly warming the heart center. It can help to heal loss and feelings of abandonment by easing childhood traumas, neglect and lack of love and the low self-esteem that this kind of childhood experience produces. It aids in the development of forgiveness, compassion and love. It rules the heart. The value of rose quartz as a nurturing friend cannot be overstated. It can help us discover the ability to love ourselves and makes us more open to other people. It is of particular value in helping us to forgive ourselves, hastening self-acceptance. And it helps us realize that all change is important, even difficult change. It can stimulate love and tender appreciation of all things. ***PLEASE NOTE: The FDA or any federal agency doesn’t endorse or support any of these claims or beliefs. They’re finally here. I hope you love them. 1st Chakra – Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Amethyst Crystal Quartz:*** Amethyst (rough or gem) – Amethyst is considered a stone of faith. 2nd Chakra – Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Blue Aventurine:*** Blue Aventurine combines the elements of Wind and Water in a gentle stone that resonates from the mind to the heart, working calmly, rationally, and steadily. It enhances the masculine energy in both males and females, and is a stone of self-discipline and inner strength, assisting one in making clear decisions and sticking by them. It promotes taking full responsibility for one’s life, relationships and experiences, while lending the support needed to empower change when the current reality isn’t working. [Simmons, 57][Ahsian, 57]Blue Aventurine is particularly stimulating to the Third Eye and Throat Chakras, opening one to higher spiritual guidance, and revealing psychic and intuitive abilities that may previously have been blocked. It encourages open and honest communication and speaking one’s mind and heart. This crystal not only embodies strength, but honors peace and caring for others. It is a stone sacred to the Glory Angel, Raphael – the ruler of Mercury and the Angel of Compassion, Knowledge, Progress, Repentance and Love. [Simmons, 57][Eason, 235][Ahsian, pp.] Robert Simmons & Naisha Ahsian, The Book of Stones (Berkley, CA: North Atlantic Books, 2007).[Eason, pp. ]Cassandra Eason, The New Crystal Bible (London: Carlton Books Ltd., 2010). 3rd Chakra – Lithotherapy & Metaphysical Properties of Lapis Lazuli Crystals: Lapis Lazuli is a ‘shield stone’. It is a powerful thought-amplifier and is helpful in aligning all elements of the body and the mind. It can increase psychic abilities and will open the third eye. It can guide you in the direction of mental and spiritual purity. It should be worn as close to the throat as possible or at least above the diaphragm so that the energy is drawn upward. Lapis Lazuli also releases tension and anxiety and helps to energize and activate the throat chakra. It offers a pathway to mental clarity and illumination. Through the third eye chakra, it can help to enhance psychic abilities and communication with the higher self and your spirit guides. It is a guide into self-expression writing, creativity and dream insight. When we wear lapis, we perceive and learn many things… usually about ourselves. It can give us intimate knowledge of our deep psyche. Some people can’t wear this stone to bed at night because of its ability to activate the mind, making it hard to sleep. Other people say it helps to deepen sleep. Experiment to see which you are.Calcite is a teacher for all humanity, facilitating macro cosmic awareness and appreciation of the creative forces of nature. It is an excellent stone when studying the arts and sciences. It is an excellent purifier and cleanser of negative stored energies in human beings, working on all levels from the physical to the etheric, and so, works to lessen fear and reduce stress. It will also do the same for a room that it lives in. It is known as a stone of spirituality and wisdom, allowing for spiritual awareness and a deeper understanding of problems that arise on the Earth plane. It is said to amplify and clear the human energy field.Pyrite – Healers Gold (also called fools gold) is one of the most grounding stones available. It is highly conductive and energizing, and like hematite, it is used for focus, practicality, logic, memory, and for clearing fuzzy and scattered thinking. It is superb for grounding spaciness after meditation/psychic readings/healings/attunements and is very helpful in cases of depression. It represents the Sun’s golden yang energy. The most important gift of Pyrite is its ability to aid mental capacity. It helps to balance creative and intuitive impulses with scientific and practical applications. Communication skills can improve with the help of Pyrite, which then eases anxiety and frustration. It is strongly suggested for people who tackle large conceptual ideas in business, the arts, or education and is thought to be effective in attracting money to its owner.Sodalite is a stone that energizes meditation. It is a 5th chakra stone and energizes and unblocks this chakra. It is a stone of communication and is often worn or held by writers because of its ability to enhance logic and ideas. The energy of this blue stone strongly affects (and can initiate changes in) your attitudes about yourself through being more objective and less critical. It balances body energy levels via the glands in the physical body. It is a stone that is highly recommended for those who work around x-ray equipment or are involved with radioactive material. 4th Chakra – Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Green Aventurine:*** Green Aventurine rules and strengthens the heart chakra. Aventurine is a healing stone and a POWER STONE. It is another of the heart shielding stones like Tiger’s Eye, but it acts in different way. It acts as an aid in healing and balancing the emotions and relieving emotional stress. It enhances creativity and independence. It helps one see alternatives and brings about balance in heart areas by dissolving blocks. The sixth chakra is activated by this stone. It also has the properties that have historically been known to bring good luck and abundance. It also connects us to our purpose in life and helps us feel certain that we will fulfill whatever it is we set out to do. This is a very determined stone. It is responsible for the “I Can Do It” perception we have when we wear it or meditate with it. This is an important stone for physical healing. It calms anger and irritation and can stimulate emotional recovery and living within one’s own heart. 5th Chakra – Lithotherapy & Metaphysical Properties of Yellow Aventurine Crystals: *** Yellow Aventurine The helpful energies of Yellow Aventurine can aid those who have problems with power and control. Working with Yellow Aventurine can help focus intentions for manifesting a sense of ease in being yourself. The golden light of Yellow Aventurine fills one with compassion and understanding, alleviating grief and centering the emotions. Use Aventurine to reduce/absorb/protect against electromagnetic and environmental pollution. Yellow Aventurine can assist in removing toxins and enhancing the flow of energy through the body. Yellow Aventurine balances the Yin-Yang energies, eases anxiety and expands the flow of creativity. Physically, Yellow Aventurine can be used as an anti-inflammatory, as well as easing migraine headaches, allergies and sinus issues. [Healing Crystals dotcom] 6th Chakra – Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Orange Aventurine:*** Orange Aventurine is considered a stone of good luck, fortune, and a manifestor of exciting new possibilities. It has been called the “Whisper Stone” since the energy of this stone helps to quiet the critical and judgmental inner voice. Orange Aventurine also calms and stills the mind of inner chatter when preparing for and during meditation. Orange Aventurine is great when dealing with issues of self-worth. Use Orange Aventurine to help you to clear blockages between the Sacral and Third-Eye Chakras. Orange Aventurine can be used to enhance personal will by channeling energy through the Sacral Chakra for assimilation. This also helps one to be more discerning in their application of this will, so that one is aligned with the highest vibration. Many use Orange Aventurine to encourage perseverance. Meditating with Orange Aventurine can amplify and focus energies of creativity, vitality, and determination, thereby finding new ways to overcome challenges in one’s life. Orange Aventurine is a powerful tool for focusing prana (life force) and raising confidence, and can be exceptionally helpful in the workplace. [Healing Crystals dotcom] 7th Chakra – Lithotherapy (Stone Therapy) & Metaphysical Value of Red Brecciated Jasper*** Red Brecciated Jasper is a stone of strength and vitality. It can be used to bring mental clarity and focus to a previously scattered event, experience or life in general. Brecciated Jasper stimulates the base and sacral chakras in addition to cleansing and stabilizing the auric field. All types of Jasper are considered dynamic power stones. Jasper offers strong grounding energies and is an aid in any physical healing work. It is considered more effective if it is used for long periods of time because it tends to work methodically and slowly. Jasper is recommended for business executives as an aid in enduring continued stress. It is a powerful healer with its greatest impact being on the body. It represents the earth element and works with all chakras for balance of energetic meridians. ***PLEASE NOTE: Neither the FDA or any other federal agency endorses or supports any of these claims or beliefs.
